'The topic is taboo, surrounded by stigma and shame. People don't often talk about childhood sexual abuse, a silent and devastating epidemic, but a staggering number of men live with the lasting effects every day.
According to reports, one in every six men was molested as a child. For the first time in television history, 200 male sexual abuse survivors stand together to lift the veil of shame'.

This page has been created to reach potential participants for a research study being carried out to explore male’s experiences of help seeking for childhood sexual abuse. By participating in this research you can provide valuable information about your experiences whether you have sought help or not. This will help improve understanding of the experiences of male survivors and the aspects involved in the process of help-seeking for males.
